What is personal training?

Personal training is an amazing way to get a great workout, have some accountability, and learn how to work out in a safe and supportive setting, no matter your level or experience. Whether in the studio or your home, Rock Fitness personal training takes place in a private location away from spectators or judgment. 


Beginners can have a comfortable environment to start their fitness journey and the more advanced can have a space to focus without any wait or distractions. 

What does a training session look like?

A 45 min session starts with a light warm up for about 5 minutes, continues with a 35 minute strength routine, and concludes with 5 minutes stretching and recovering

Do you offer home visits or zoom sessions?

Yes! For home visits I bring a workout bench, dumbbell set, and resistance bands.

What is nutrition coaching?

Nutrition coaching is a 3 part course where you learn everything you need to know about having a healthy and balanced diet, as well as how to apply it to your specific lifestyle and preferences.

What are your personal training rates?

45 min session - 55 dollars
Bring a friend - 40 dollars each (25% off)
Bring 2 friends - 30 dollars each (45% off)

What are your nutrition coaching rates?

3 part course (45 min each) - 105 dollars (35 each)

What equipment do you have?

5 to 50 lb dumbbells, 300 lb barbell set, workout benches, sandbags, TRX bands, resistance bands, exercise balls, an elliptical, and a stationary bike

What are the main goals you help clients achieve?

While there are countless goals and every client gets a program designed for him, the main goals I help with are strength and muscle gain, heart health and stamina, and fat loss.

What music do you play?

Whatever you want! The studio has premium Spotify and surround sound for whatever your music preference is.

Who is your main clientele?

Most clients at Rock Fitness are men between ages 18 and 60.

Do you also train women?

I train couples and write workouts for women, but I don’t have one on one sessions. Feel free to reach out for recommendations for a female trainer.

What are your covid/cleaning protocols?

All equipment is wiped down with antibacterial wipes after every session.

What should I wear to a session?

Supportive sneakers, a t-shirt, and shorts or pants that are flexible enough that you can squat in.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are currently by appointment only.
